What counts as a check?
Each message, link or screenshot you submit is one check.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
How do I pay?
By card through PayFast. We never see or store your card details.
What's a top-up?
A once-off payment for extra checks, with or without a plan. Top-up checks are used after your monthly or free checks, are shared on a family plan, and don't expire while your account exists. They're lost if you delete your account. Unused top-ups can be refunded within 7 days of buying.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect straight away: you pay the full price difference now, and the new price from your next billing date. Downgrading takes effect on your next billing date, with no refund.
